We represent young people and adults from 4 years upwards.
We do not represent babies or toddlers under the age of 4.
When you are requested to cast in person or make a casting tape it can sometimes involve acting out a scene or mimic actions as well as speaking and learning lines.
Competition runs high in this industry, so a great attitude and resilience are paramount qualities for a Bondi Talent!

Bondi Talent will arrange payment once a job has been completed. This is normally within 12 weeks however most are a lot quicker.
We earn by keeping a percentage of the work we find for you; normally 25% and 20% for stage bookings.

Sometimes, yes. Many jobs occur during school hours, in which case we will work with you to obtain a child performance license. Usually, castings (auditions) are scheduled for after school.
A lot of initial castings are made through self taping, and once shortlisted you will be required to meet with casting directors normally in London or sometimes Manchester, and normally with only a couple of days notice.
Flexibility is the key with this industry, we expect you to be able to make a casting unless you have let us know your child is unavailable. We operate a 3 strike rule as we value our great reputation. It is also really important that you keep us updated with any unavailable dates/holiday dates so we don't submit your child for work.
-
There are no guarantees, however to increase the chance of success we only put our talent forward for jobs that we genuinely feel they will be suitable for.
We also recommend going to casting workshops / attend drama classes to gain a great insight in what to expect at auditions, these come up regularly and we arrange these too throughout the year.
-
For Children No, it is not compulsory. We want to find real children from all walks of life - so no experience is necessary, just a love of performing and a natural confidence!
For Adults, we do ask that you are already on Spotlight.
